Summer

As summer aproaches, so does my future. Unfortunetly, the past 14 years of my life, I've wasted my summers being bored and doing useless things. That wastes at leasts 3 months of every year. Boooooo!

But this year will be totally differerent. At the end of April, I sent in an application to Weathervane Playhouse (a theatre in Newark) and just recently got a letter back officiating my apprenticship this summer! For at least 30 hours a week, I will be learning how to stage manage and stage managing 5 shows!

This is such a new experience that I'm extremely nervous but extremely excited at the same time. I'm partly just glad that I won't waste my summer this time!

Trying new things and expanding your horizons is ultimetly better than nothing, even if you don't enjoy it at first.
